An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Business Partner to join a growing business entering into a transformation phase, working within the West Yorkshire region.
Reporting to the Head of HR the role will provide leadership and support for the operational people agenda across the Yorkshire region.
This involves working with site leadership teams to develop the overall people plans, delivering core HR processes, particular focus on support service to the operational population. Leading the people agenda, building operational capability, shaping culture, and supporting employee relations strategy.
