We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in leading a significant organisational change and restructure programme.
Based East of Leeds, the role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver effective change, ensuring a smooth transition that supports both business objectives and people outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on organisational change activity, including restructures and team realignments.
- Partner with leadership to shape and implement change plans.
- Provide expert guidance on consultation, communications, and people impacts.
- Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation and best practice.
- Support leaders and employees through periods of transition and change.
