We have a great opportunity for a Tax Compliance Manager to join PIB Group. This role will join the organisation in a period of continued and sustained growth and transformation. The Tax Compliance Manager will be accountable for supporting the corporate tax compliance and tax reporting function of the UK and international group companies working closely with the Group Tax Manager, to optimise the Group tax position from a domestic and international perspective and ensure compliance with all corporate filing deadlines as it continues to expand into Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the UK tax compliance function and overseeing the tax compliance for overseas entities ensuring tax returns are filed on time
- Assistance in the preparation of the Corporate Interest Restriction Return for the group
- Preparation of year-end tax disclosures under UK GAAP and IFRS for statutory accounts and consolidated accounts disclosures.
- Assisting the Group Tax Manager with ad-hoc project/other work as and when required.
