The Role
You’ll take ownership of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting the delivery of global training programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising the LMS
- Coordinating training programmes, webinars, and certifications
- Supporting training content and materials
- Assisting with training for new product launches
- Tracking and reporting on training performance
- Working cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams
About You
- Experience with an LMS
- Strong organisational and project skills
- Background in training, L&D, or education
- Confident working with stakeholders
