We’re working with a high-performing, forward-thinking business looking to appoint a Management Accountant - an ideal opportunity for a first-time mover from practice.
This is a genuinely exciting transition role. You’ll work closely with an experienced Finance Director who has successfully made the same move from practice, giving you the guidance, mentorship and commercial exposure needed to accelerate your career in industry.

The role:
- Produce monthly management accounts with clear, value-adding analysis and commentary
- Partner with operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight
- Deliver accurate and timely internal reporting
- Support year-end processes, including audit and statutory requirements
- Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and management
- Support and develop members of the finance processing team
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Strong systems skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
- Practice background or relevant commercial experience
- Previous people management experience (desirable)
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders across the business
- Naturally curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working to deadlines
