We’re working with a fast-growing, manufacturing business based in Knaresborough, who have delivered c.30% growth year-on-year for the past two years. As part of their continued expansion, they are creating a brand-new Management Accountant role.
This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic finance team, reporting directly into a highly regarded Finance Director, and working closely with a Senior Finance Manager. The role offers genuine scope to develop, take ownership, and progress quickly as the business continues to scale.
The Role:
- Production of monthly management accounts with full ownership of P&L and balance sheet
- Business partnering with operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision making
- Mentoring junior team members alongside the Senior Finance Manager
- Driving process improvements and adding value across the finance function
- Getting involved in projects as the business continues to grow and evolve
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA ) but open to part-qualified or QBE
- Experience in a fast pace and growing medium to large size business
- Background in manufacturing or another fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to “wear multiple hats”
- Ambitious individual looking to step up and grow with the business
- Someone who enjoys being in the office and collaborating with the wider team
