Due to continued growth, organically and via acquisitions, increasing business demands and an expanding UK operation, a newly created position has become available for an experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team.
- The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel required to businesses and sites across Yorkshire and the Northwest.

The Job:
You will have ownership of multiple entities where you will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and management information.
- Supporting month-end reporting.
- Producing meaningful analysis of financial performance.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analysing costs, margins and profitability.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- WIP.
- Interrogating data.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
- Strong Management Accounting experience is required.
- You will be commercially minded, inquisitive, and confident dealing with people outside of finance.
- You must be comfortable working autonomously in a predominantly home-based environment.
- Excellent Excel and financial systems skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
