Our client, a global business, has an opportunity for a Marketing Executive with generalist marketing experience to join their friendly supportive Marketing team in Worksop.

This role joins an established team who work internationally, supporting the promotion of the business' products and delivering the marketing strategy by executing marketing campaigns and activity. It will be a generalist role, working with a technical product to:

  • Produce marketing content relevant to each individual customer segments
  • Working across the full marketing mix to assist with the creation and proofing of marketing assets, including brochures, magazine/website adverts, email campaigns, social media posts, video and web content, and campaign landing page development.
  • Research relevant marketing collateral
  • Support the  creation of  all  artworks  to  meet  campaign  requirements
  • Liaise closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Execute social media marketing campaigns - both owned and paid for
  • Execute Product marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate events, including overseas events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
  • Analyse marketing campaigns to monitor effectiveness and influence future campaigns - assisting in production and analysis of key marketing KPI’s e.g. google analytics and social media stats to support organic sales growth
     

We're looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing, ideally in an all-round role rather than just social media marketing
  • Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva advantageous.
  • Ability to handle and execute multiple campaigns at any one time
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to working across colleagues in different time zones
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues worldwide and build effective working relationships.
  • Successful event co-ordination experience
  • Budget awareness
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills - these will be assessed
  • Experience managing social media management systems and platforms essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively

With an international company, travel will be required on an infrequent basis. Working hours are 9-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. Due to working across different time zones, some flexibility is required as this role may sometimes require working outside of the normal 9-5pm. Parking is provided free on site.
