Job Opportunity: Office Administrator – Leeds
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid - 1 day remote
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a growing organisation in Leeds. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a great mix of office management and executive support responsibilities.
The Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping the Leeds office running smoothly, supporting both daily operations and the Senior Leadership Team. The role involves managing suppliers, coordinating travel and meetings, overseeing health & safety compliance, and supporting IT/system projects. No two days are the same, making this ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain filing systems
- Provide admin support to the Executive Assistant and leadership team
- Book travel, coordinate diaries, and arrange meetings and catering
- Assist with fleet and insurance administration
About You:
- Experienced in office administration or a similar PA role
- Exceptionally organised with strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
