Office Administrator required for a large construction company with their Head Office in Rotherham. This is a new role due to business demands.
Reporting to the Office Manager duties will include:
- Providing support to the Health & Safety and Quality team.
- Covering reception when necessary.
- Assisting with HR, filing training records, booking rooms etc.
- General administration duties.
The person:
- Previous office experience is required.
- You must be educated to GCSE level Maths and English Grade C or above.
- Good written and verbal skills are required.
- You must be IT literate.
