Office Administrator

Office Administrator required for a large construction company with their Head Office in Rotherham. This is a new role due to business demands. 

Reporting to the Office Manager duties will include:

  • Providing support to the Health & Safety and Quality team. 
  • Covering reception when necessary. 
  • Assisting with HR, filing training records, booking rooms etc.
  • General administration duties. 

The person:

  • Previous office experience is required.
  • You must be educated to GCSE level Maths and English Grade C or above.
  • Good written and verbal skills are required. 
  • You must be IT literate.
