The role will take full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality and HSE, driving performance, continuous improvement and strategic development.
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Background in relevant sectors (e.g. metals, aerospace, automotive, nuclear or complex engineering/manufacturing)
- Strong track record in operational excellence and transformation
- Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing
Essential:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Direct, relevant sector manufacturing experience
