A superb opportunity working for a leading firm of Accountants, who operate in over 135 countries, where you will provide high level PA support to partners and directors.  You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events and will often be the first point of contact for clients or potential clients so will be an ‘ambassador’ for our firm.

The job duties: 

  • Manage complex diaries for the partners and directors 

  • Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas

  • Monitor partner/director in-box and respond to emails on their behalf

  • Process timesheets and expenses

  • Act as a second pair of eyes and ears and help to pre-empt partner/director needs and requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
