PA to Group CFO

An EA to Group CFO opportunity for a successful Plc in Leeds. Our client has a long history and a track record of success, this brings a positive and exciting future for the business, this role will offer EA support to a first-class finance function.

The EA will support the Group CFO, Group Financial Controller and H/O Procurement providing executive support including diary management, booking travel and meeting support. 

The role is Monday - Friday 9-5, offers hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) and excellent benefits. 

Job Duties:

  • To provide high level support to the Group CFO, Group FC and H/O Procurement including diary management, travel bookings and board meeting management
  • Internal and external meetings, both face to face and virtual, made with all appropriate provisions and attendees confirmed
  • Sufficient administrative support provided with high accuracy and efficiency to internal stakeholders across the business as required
  • All administrative queries dealt with on time and professionally with a high attention to detail
  • Efficient diary management and coordination of calendars
  • Monthly expenses collated, checked, reconciled and submitted
  • Robust and accurate paper and electronic filing systems maintained confidentially and compliant with GDPR regulations
  • General administration and PA tasks carried out efficiently and promptly as necessary
  • Bespoke ad hoc projects and tasks completed as required. These will involve the use of excel and hence sufficient excel skills are essential

To be considered for this superb opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role working at Executive level – experience supporting a Finance function or previous experience working in a PLC / Professional Services business will be a definite advantage
