PART TIME Facilities Office Manager (25 hours)

A unique, growing and ambitious company require a PART TIME Facilities / Office Manager to join their business in Retford. This is a newly created role and requires an individual who can work autonomously to over see the general running of the office and facilities. This role is Part Time (Monday to Friday 9:30-2:30) and will be located in Retford. Duties will include: 

  • acting as point of contact for site management and dealings with the landlord 
  • managing procurement and integration of infrastructure improvements 
  • managing delivery of contracted activities relating to premises, including cleaning services, maintenance, waste management and office supplies 
  • managing procurement and distribution of staff uniform, ID passes / badges 
  • supporting the coordination of meetings, including sourcing necessary refreshments, booking rooms, signing in visitors and delivering health and safety briefings when people enter site
  • admin support - document collating, writing and scanning 
  • running local errands (e.g. post office) 

This role is ideal for an individual looking for Part Time Work who has experience in a similar role. Strong IT skills are essential and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
