The business has been very well run financially, with strong systems, controls and processes. The board recognise that they need to add some considerable financial clout to their leadership team to transition them through the investment process, constantly improve the financial infrastructure and to allow the commercial and operational activity of the business to continue to perform well.
We are interested to talk to part-time Finance Directors who can meet the following criteria;
- Experience of growing SMEs
- PE / VC funding
- Availability to start soon
Location and time commitment are both flexible. Remuneration will be set to attract and reward the best candidate (although there is no blank cheque of course!)
