I am recruiting an experienced, detail-driven Payroll Administrator for a dynamic, purpose-led, privately owned organisation based in Leeds

The purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely payroll administration support. This is a key role supporting operational teams across the businesses and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. 

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the processing of several monthly payrolls across multiple entities.
  • Accurately inputting starters, leavers, salary amendments, and overtime information as required.
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Maintaining accurate records for GDPR and audit purposes.
  • Assisting with process improvements. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • Previous payroll experience within a medium to large-sized business is desirable. 
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • You will have a drive to improve systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
