The Job:
The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK and internationally, managing the benefits whilst ensuring compliance:
- Processing monthly payroll.
- Completing final payroll checks.
- Ensuring all employee data is maintained accurately within the HR system.
- Managing the third-party payroll provider.
- Reviewing benefits provision.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Previous payroll experience within a complex environment is essential.
- Proven ability to manage benefits providers and support annual reward cycles is required.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and data auditing capability are essential.
- You must be able to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
