The Job:

The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK and internationally, managing the benefits whilst ensuring compliance:

  • Processing monthly payroll. 
  • Completing final payroll checks.
  • Ensuring all employee data is maintained accurately within the HR system. 
  • Managing the third-party payroll provider. 
  • Reviewing benefits provision. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person: 

  • Previous payroll experience within a complex environment is essential. 
  • Proven ability to manage benefits providers and support annual reward cycles is required. 
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and data auditing capability are essential. 
  • You must be able to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
