We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Interim Procurement Manager to support a dynamic and fast-paced organisation through a critical period of change and delivery.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive professional who can quickly embed into the team, provide strategic direction, and drive value across a diverse portfolio of spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a broad range of categories, with a strong focus on estates, capital projects, and facilities-related services
- Provide expert guidance on procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier management
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and value-for-money outcomes
- Support contract negotiations, tender processes, and supplier performance management
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a Procurement Manager in an interim or contract capacity
- Strong background in property, estates, or infrastructure-related procurement would be beneficial
- Demonstrable experience managing complex sourcing projects and contracts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results at pace
Desirable:
- MCIPS qualification or equivalent
