We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, on a part-time basis (20 - 25 hours per week) for a world-leading specialist technology-led service provider operating in over 20 territories worldwide.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager duties will include:

  • Batching, coding and inputting invoices onto the system. 
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues. 
  • Dealing with foreign currency.
  • Reconciling supplier statements. 
  • Banking. 
  • Assisting with new system implementation. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • Purchase ledger experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of foreign currency is desirable
  • Good IT skills are required.
