Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week) for a large manufacturing company based in Doncaster.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, duties will include:

  • Complete ownership of the purchase ledger. 
  • Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment. 
    Dealing with queries. 
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues. 
  • Other ad hoc duties are required. 

The person:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is required. 
  • The successful candidate will be process-driven and not afraid to question/challenge.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Good IT skills are essential.
