We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a market leader based in Doncaster (office-based). This is an 11‑month maternity cover position with an immediate start.
Applications from candidates with Purchase Ledger experience or with good administration/data-inputting skills and good attention to detail will be considered.

Reporting to the Team Leader, duties will include:
- Batching, coding and inputting high-volume invoices onto the system.
- Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment.
- Dealing with queries.
- Liaising with internal staff and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Updating and maintaining supplier accounts.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Good IT skills are required.
- You will have good attention to detail, along with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
