Purchase Ledger Clerk - Immediate Start

Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a long term contract at a Huddersfield business, with the genuine potential to become permanent.  The role is based partly from home and partly in the offices.

The Immediately Available Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for duties including but not limited to:

  • Matching, checking and coding invoices

  • Working out VAT payments

  • Making payments via BACS and cheques

  • Processing staff expenses

  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements

  • Filing invoices

  • Managing petty cash

  • Data entry

  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries

This role is available for an immediate start, has free private parking and is based partly from home if required.
