Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a large UK market leader based in South Kirkby. Established over 100 years now they have branches throughout the UK.
Reporting to the Transactional Manager duties will include:
- Matching supplier invoices - 3 ways
- Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
- Dealing with any queries/variances
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues
- Statement reconciliations
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The person:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- You must be computer literate and confident in the use of Excel spreadsheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
