Purchase Ledger Clerk - Immediate start required

Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a large UK market leader based in South Kirkby. Established over 100 years now they have branches throughout the UK.

Reporting to the Transactional Manager duties will include:

  • Matching supplier invoices - 3 ways
  • Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment 
  • Dealing with any queries/variances
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The person:

  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
  • You must be computer literate and confident in the use of Excel spreadsheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required
