Fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger professional looking for a step up in their career. This role is working for a well known business in West Yorkshire that offers internal progression and development.   

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running   of the Accounts Payable function, from supplier onboarding right through to supplier payment: 

  • Managing, supporting and motivating a team of Purchase Ledger Clerks.
  • Developing strong relationships across all levels internally and externally. 
  • Investigating and resolving complex queries. 
  • Challenge processes, identify control and operational improvements whilst working within a control framework.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
