QHSE Compliance Co-ordinator

Supporting the business to maintain consistently high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
Duties:
- Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections
- Conduct audits across company sites in line with ISO standards
- Identify corrective and preventive actions
- Provide clear guidance on compliance obligations and statutory requirements.
- Support colleagues in understanding and implementing company standards
- Support the business to comply with additional manufacturing-specific standards
- Participate in incident investigations, including follow‑up actions and reporting
- Assist in an improvement plan for H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives
- Support and be heavily involved in the company-wide rollout of an electronic compliance-monitoring system
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and procedures for document management across QHSE
Required experience:
- 2 or more years in a QHSE-related support role
- Proven understanding of basic H&S and Environmental law, and practical workplace risk assessments/audits
- Go already hold or be willing to undertake additional qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, H&S qualifications, auditing courses
- Fully IT‑proficient, including Microsoft Office applications and other more bespoke system experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- There will be an element of travel in this role, so applicants need to be comfortable with this and able to undertake the occasional overnight stay away from home.
