We have an immediate requirement for a professional and friendly Receptionist on a short-term temporary basis in the LS15 area of Leeds.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for visitors, deliveries etc.
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry tasks is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
