An outstanding Sales Director opportunity to join Luxfer Gas Cylinders - one of the most successful manufacturers in the East Midlands. A market leader in their field, they have a strong local investment strategy with exciting new product lines, many of which help to make the world safer, improve quality of life, reduce carbon emissions and improve the quality of the air that we breathe.
This role is typically suited to a candidate with proven experience of business-to-business growth, strong leadership skills and ideally with a degree in engineering or business-related fields.
In this role you will :
- Actively participate in the leadership of the Luxfer European business.
- Lead the product marketing team.
- Create the annual sales plan.
- Manage the key accounts.
- Identify new areas of business growth.
- Stay current with the latest market developments.
