The Role
This is a commercially focused, strategic role with hands-on leadership responsibility. The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales strategy,develop the sales team, and play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a growth-focused sales strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing, motivated sales team
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across target sectors
- Manage and expand key customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing functions
- Provide commercial insight to senior leadership
- Represent the business at key trade shows and industry events

- Proven experience in technical, consultative sales environments
- Natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering results
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-driven SME
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK
