Senior People Business Partner – 12-Month FTC

£70,000 | Bradford or Sheffield | Hybrid

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join a fast-paced, operationally led organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role, partnering with senior leaders and leading a small BP team through continued change and transformation. You’ll balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational people challenges in an environment where pace, adaptability and sound judgement are essential.

We’re looking for:

• Senior HR/People BP experience within logistics, transport, manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment
• Strong ER and organisational change experience, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity

Package: £70k, 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + birthday off, pension, employee discounts and free onsite parking/EV charging.

Hybrid working, typically 3 days on site, based from either Bradford or Sheffield with travel between sites.
