Experienced Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant required for a well-established Doncaster business:

This role will suit candidates with large company experience, used to working with high volumes of invoices:

  • Managing allocated subcontract ledger accounts. 
  • Investigating and resolving queries. 
  • Reconciling statements. 
  • Processing employee expenses (c2000) and credit card statements. 
  • Supporting process improvements. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • Experience of COINS or other ERP systems is desirable. 
  • Knowledge of Excel, Pivot tables and VLookups, is essential. 
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workload is essential. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
