Experienced Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant required for a well-established Doncaster business:

The purpose of the role is to process high volumes of invoices, subcontractor applications and expenses whilst also supporting the systems team with a programme of system enhancements:

  • Managing allocated ledger accounts. 
  • Dealing with queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconciling supplier statements. 
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card statements. 
  • Key link between AP and systems team, supporting AP enhancement projects, carrying out testing of the new system.
  • Assisting with introducing and training of new processes. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • Previous experience within a high-volume environment is essential. 
  • The ability to liaise with colleagues across multiple sites and departments is essential.
  • You will be proficient in completing reconciliations.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow strict processes.
