Due to continued growth and success they are looking to recruit a Site Manager for Worksop.
- Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will ensure an effective and safe site operation. You will make sure that effective processes are in place and always adhered to, alongside the leadership and development of staff and the warehouse.
- In this role you will manage senior level relationships with warehouse clients and other key internal stakeholders, to ensure contractual requirements are met and exceed client expectations to attract, retain and develop new business.
- Your will drive service excellence by influencing, planning, prioritising, and delegating to maximise both the efficiency and service levels of our warehouse but most of all drive a ‘One Team’ culture which is a pillar of the business
You will be an experienced manager working in a fast-paced environment, medium sized warehouse environment with at least 3 years’ experience in leading and managing successful teams
