A fast-growing, private equity-backed business is seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to join at a pivotal stage in its growth journey.
Working closely with the CSO, CFO and senior leadership team, this highly visible role will focus on turning data into insight, supporting strategic decision making and driving business performance improvement across the organisation.
The role offers broad exposure across operational, commercial and finance functions, combining analysis, business partnering and transformation activity in a fast-paced environment.
We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring strong analytical and MI capability, advanced Excel / BI skills, commercial curiosity and the ability to influence stakeholders through insight and evidence-based recommendations.
Exposure to high-growth, transformation or private equity-backed environments would be advantageous, as would experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to support data-led decision making.
Hybrid working model — 3 days in office. Accommodation support can be discussed for those travelling longer distances.
