Systems Improvement Manager required for a multi million pound manufacturing business based in Rotherham This is a newly created role to sit within finance to enhance and ensure continuous development of current financial and related systems with a view to streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
The Systems Improvement Manager will be responsible for:
- Reviewing current systems and identifying areas for improvement
- Automating payment processes
- Automating and improving accuracy of current flash forecasting system to identify improvements required
- Improving month end processes through increased automation including the group reporting pack and supporting workings
- To be a member of the ERP implementation project team
- Provide support to the finance team
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Finance or the Finance Director

- Experience of SQL report writing is desirable
- Experience of financial systems and making changes or improvements to processes is essential
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Previous experience of implementing an ERP system is desirable
