Experienced Part-time Accounts Assistant required for an award-winning company based in Bradford.

  • This is a newly created role due to business growth/demands. 
  • Part time - 3 days per week - flexible with the hours/days to suit business needs. 
  • Initially remote working but must be local to Bradford area. 

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Financial record keeping. Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciling balance sheets
  • Accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, manage accounts payable and perform accounts receivable responsibilities
  • Payroll. Track hours, calculate deductions and manage relationship with potential service provider (c20 employees and c120 contractors)
  • Financial data entry. Enter financial data onto Xero, including contractor and staff timesheets, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Financial analysis. Analyse financial data to support business decisions
  • Expense requests. Process expense requests
  • Other support. Provide support and assistance to the senior leadership team as required

The person:

  • Previous experience is essential. 
  • Good IT skills, including Excel, are essential.
  • Knowledge of Xero is desirable. 
  • Good attention to detail is required.
