Key Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
- Liaising with business customer queries via email professionally on a daily basis
- Using the CRM system to record accurately
- Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
- Ensuring travel bookings are accurate including international travel
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in administration or a customer-service focused role
- Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is the first point of contact for potential business customers
- Use of a CRM system or similar
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Personable and professional manner
- Team-focused individual
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly

Location:
