Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
  • Liaising with business customer queries via email professionally on a daily basis
  • Using the CRM system to record accurately
  • Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
  • Ensuring travel bookings are accurate including international travel

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in administration or a customer-service focused role
  • Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is the first point of contact for potential business customers
  • Use of a CRM system or similar
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Personable and professional manner
  • Team-focused individual
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly
  • Motivated to contribute to a growing business environment and own personal and professional development

Location:

The role is based between Huddersfield & Wakefield, with a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 40 hours.
