The Assistant Group Payroll Services Manager oversees a team of 4 who are passionate, highly organised and pride themselves on providing and efficient and accurate payroll service across the group in a high volume, fast-paced environment:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls, c3000 weekly and monthly paid staff.
- Dealing with queries promptly.
- Liaising with high-level stakeholders and management.
- Revising and processing auto-enrolment for the company pension scheme.
- Liaising with 3rd parties when required.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a team.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a payroll function is essential.
- The ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
