The Assistant Group Payroll Services Manager oversees a team of 4 who are passionate, highly organised and pride themselves on providing and efficient and accurate payroll service across the group in a high volume, fast-paced environment:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls, c3000 weekly and monthly paid staff. 
  • Dealing with queries promptly. 
  • Liaising with high-level stakeholders and management.
  • Revising and processing auto-enrolment for the company pension scheme. 
  • Liaising with 3rd parties when required. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a team. 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a payroll function is essential. 
  • The ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment is required. 
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
