Billing Administrator

We are recruiting a Billing Administrator for a growing business based in Castleford.

This is a temporary position and requires an immediate start. 

The purpose of the Billing Administrator is to ensure that accurate sales ledger invoices for services provided are raised on a timely basis, meeting deadlines as appropriate, and, in turn, delivering cash on time.

  • Processing of all customer invoices and credit notes via email and various portals.
  • Raising consolidated invoices and AFP’s for multiple customers.
  • Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues/queries quickly and efficiently. 
  • Identifying errors which have led to incorrect billing and investigating anomalies.
  • Any other admin tasks as required. 

The person:

  • Previous experience within a similar environment is required
  • Attention to detail and good accuracy skills are essential. 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, ever-changing environment is essential.
