We are recruiting a Billing Administrator for a growing business based in Castleford.
This is a temporary position and requires an immediate start.
The purpose of the Billing Administrator is to ensure that accurate sales ledger invoices for services provided are raised on a timely basis, meeting deadlines as appropriate, and, in turn, delivering cash on time.
- Processing of all customer invoices and credit notes via email and various portals.
- Raising consolidated invoices and AFP’s for multiple customers.
- Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues/queries quickly and efficiently.
- Identifying errors which have led to incorrect billing and investigating anomalies.
- Any other admin tasks as required.
The person:
- Previous experience within a similar environment is required.
- Attention to detail and good accuracy skills are essential.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, ever-changing environment is essential.
