We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper for an owner-managed business on the outskirts of Gainsborough. This is a brand-new position created to support continued business growth and increasing business demands.
This is a part-time role with flexibility around the hours and days, 3 or 4 full days or across 5 days.
Working closely with Director, duties will include:
- Manipulating data for large Excel spreadsheets for multinational clients.
- Basic bookkeeping on Xero for smaller clients.
- General administration, including diary management and assisting with PowerPoint presentations.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Previous experience is essential.
- Good IT skills are essential, and knowledge of Xero would be an advantage.
- You will be self-motivated, able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
