The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Director to shape the future of Luxfer’s alternative fuel mobility and bulk gas transportation business. This is more than a leadership role; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of sustainable innovation. Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Manager for Europe, you’ll drive our growth strategy, lead a talented team, and be part of our European Leadership team, contributing to decisions that influence our entire division.


What We’re Looking For:
•    Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and market development.
•    Automotive Industry Expertise: Demonstrable experience in senior business development roles within the automotive or hydrogen industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
•    Inspirational Leader: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams. You’re a communicator, a collaborator, and a visionary.
•    Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD will make you stand out.
•    Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills and financial accountability. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and a second European language are pluses.
