Business Development Executive
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent

 

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation.

We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of lead generation and sales activity. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, supporting marketing efforts and building lasting relationships. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
  • Support digital marketing, content and social media initiatives.
  • Represent the company at events, webinars and networking meetings.

About You:

  • Undergraduate degree in any subject (preferred but not essential).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives on achieving targets.
  • Highly organised with good time management.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
