Reporting directly to the Finance Director and responsible for a small team of staff, your role will be to keep an open mindset and drive profitability across all areas. You will be a key player in developing relationships and you will use your strong communication to build partnerships and drive change. You will be a qualified accountant , with a questioning mind, able to challenge the normal , and assist in moving the business forward.
To succeed you will have a strong background in commercial finance ideally acquired in a manufacturing / FMCG sector although ambition and drive with a demonstrable track record of achievement is equally important as sector experience.
