A fast-growing business dedicated to regeneration, are looking to recruit two talented individuals to help develop and support community relationships within their businesses located in the South Yorkshire and Midlands area. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference within the local area.
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Organising and participating in community events, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the community, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Collaborating with local community groups and schools to support their initiatives and priorities.
- Maintaining and updating essential database information.
- Providing support to the development and project management teams regarding compliance and implementation of planning obligations.
We're seeking someone with:
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience interacting with the public.
- Strong communication abilities, both internally and externally.
- A genuine passion for community engagement and social impact.
- Previous experience in organising community events.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
