We are recruiting experienced Credit Controllers for a market-leading, fast-moving business based in Nottingham. Based in a Shared Service Centre, the recruitment is due to ongoing growth and business demands.

Initially temporary, requiring an immediate start, they could become permanent.

The role's purpose is to evaluate customer credit, minimise risk, and work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues. Reporting to the AR Manager, duties will include:

  • Credit control using written and verbal communication. 
  • Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues. 
  • Posting and allocating payments to accounts. 
  • Generate ad hoc invoices and credit notes as required. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • Previous Credit Control experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. 
  • You must be able to take ownership/responsibility for your own ledger proactively and professionally. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to engage with internal and external stakeholders confidently. 
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, are required.
