Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase customer payments to minimise bad debt.
  • Manage Credit Control inquiries within agreed timelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Meet weekly outbound phone call targets.
  • Assist in reducing overdue debt and maximising cash collections.
  • Proactively identify and escalate customer disputes.
  • Create and categorise outbound service requests using internal ticketing system

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external customers.
  • Skilled in navigating fast-paced customer service and finance settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous customer accounts, strategically reducing outstanding debts while promptly identifying and addressing potential disputes early in the collections process.
  • Possess strong investigative and interrogation skills essential for thorough examination and resolution of disputes or queries as a Credit Controller
