Key Responsibilities:
- Chase customer payments to minimise bad debt.
- Manage Credit Control inquiries within agreed timelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Meet weekly outbound phone call targets.
- Assist in reducing overdue debt and maximising cash collections.
- Proactively identify and escalate customer disputes.
- Create and categorise outbound service requests using internal ticketing system
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external customers.
- Skilled in navigating fast-paced customer service and finance settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous customer accounts, strategically reducing outstanding debts while promptly identifying and addressing potential disputes early in the collections process.
- Possess strong investigative and interrogation skills essential for thorough examination and resolution of disputes or queries as a Credit Controller
