- Help streamline workflows and operations
- Meeting support - attending, minute-taking, distributing actions and following up on these
- Travel booking including international travel and accommodation
- Some personal PA duties
To be successful in your application you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Previous Director level or C-Suite support experience, at a strategic level within an organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
- Ability to make decisions and work autonomously on behalf of the Directors and the company
- High level of proficiency across MS Office and some creative applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and build relationships at all levels within a business and externally
- Proactive approach to the role, anticipating needs
We look forward to hearing from anyone with suitable experience for this role.
