Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a role with real purpose? Our client, a respected charity based just outside Lincoln, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead a small finance team and guide the organisation’s financial strategy.
You will produce accurate and timely management accounts, oversee complex budgets and funding streams, and support strategic decision-making. Your work will ensure financial transparency and help maximise the charity’s impact. Your key responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of four
- Deliver monthly accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Advise budget holders on planning and reporting
- Provide financial insight to support organisational goals
- Contribute to process improvements and project work
Ideally you will hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), and have strong experience in a similar role, ideally in the not for profit or corporate sector, have confidence in managing large budgets and diverse income sources and a collaborative approach and a commitment to the charity’s mission
