The Role
You will shape the Group’s financial direction through insight, analysis and partnership:
- Deliver financial insight and analysis to the CFO, Trustees and senior leaders.
- Lead on strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Evaluate and present business cases for major projects and investments.
- Partner with leaders to drive growth, manage risk and improve efficiency.
- Oversee management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support and develop the finance team in collaboration with the Group Financial Controller.
- Lead improvements to financial systems, reporting and planning tools.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance background.
- Skilled in financial modelling, reporting and systems.
- Highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused.
- Collaborative and confident influencing at senior levels.
