Fractional Finance Director | North Leeds | Permanent | 1–2 days per week
A successful, growing organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic financial oversight and commercial guidance on a permanent, part-time basis. Working alongside an established and highly regarded two-person finance team, you will:

Act as a trusted adviser to the business, bringing commercial insight and sound judgement.

Provide senior financial oversight and support the finance team.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors and tax advisers.

Oversee UK financial reporting and compliance.
The business has strong financial foundations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute experienced leadership within a supportive, entrepreneurial culture and a state-of-the-art working environment.
This is a great opportunity for an established Fractional FD, with capacity to add to their portfolio, or a qualified senior finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating at Finance Director level and seeking a permanent part-time position.
Extensive UK finance experience is essential, including a thorough understanding of UK financial reporting, compliance and stakeholder management. A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships are equally important. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future.
