In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's legal strategy, leading on all company secretarial duties while ensuring compliance, regulatory excellence, and visionary corporate governance practices. You'll be hands-on as well as strategic, with responsibilities including:
- Providing discreet legal counsel and guidance to the senior management team on various legal matters, including operations, contracts, privacy, and corporate governance.
- Responsibility for company secretarial matters for all group companies.
- Collaborating closely with executive teams and esteemed board-level stakeholders to chart strategic courses, boost profitability, and explore avenues of growth and prosperity.
- Acting as the guardian of corporate governance, diligently ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Candidate Profile:
We're seeking a ‘hands-on’ legal expert with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a background in leading legal teams. You will be proficient in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, procurement, and regulatory law, and have experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, driving transformative change, and fostering innovation.
